Would you recommend everstart or is there truth in the alternative name 'neverstart' I heard some mechanics and people refer to it as never start so just curious thx ignore the youtubers and their clickbait material The batteries are fine, and its not like walmart are making these batteries themselves Its comes from one only a few mfgs in.
The group 35 everstart maxx i bought for my wife's car about a year ago was a deka I had no issues with it in that year but that's not saying much I would buy another for sure, simply for price, warranty and wally world convenience A deka, not an exide.

Everstart maxx from walmart or ac delco from menards both are around $100. So right now i have an everstart maxx under the hood from walmart Was just wondering how it compares to an interstate I paid $89 for the maxx in 2009, but haven't checked since to see if it is higher
The interstate for the truck runs $109 at northern tool + equipment If that's correct, then some everstart are east penn, and some are johnson/clarios depending on where your walmart is located Either way everstart is reputed to be good as are east penn and johnson/clarios I think east penn and johnson/clarios both make good products

Price, warranty, service all matter. I was at walmart the other day and i noticed that some of their everstart maxx batteries have something of a secret date code (i.e K4, j6, etc) rather than the obvious numeric date code (i.e My local wm has several of these group 75 (side post) batteries on discount or closeout ($110 vs the regular $139)
My first choice was to get another ac delco professional / gold as the last one just got me 9 yrs
