Outlook wasn't syncing her email i think due to microsoft switching to exchange and deleting the account and starting over was supposed to be the fix. Has anybody set up msoffice outlook 2021 or 365 with outlook.com email since the 16th september modern authentication change [which took effect, for me, on 25th september]?
