The winter park library is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization The collection materials are funded in part under the provisions of the state aid to libraries grant program, administered by the florida department of state’s division of library and information services. If you have an ocls library card and you live in orange county, you may apply for a reciprocal membership card
