It has been bad in support (there is no longer any, i'm talking about the past).
Their importers died and there is no intention to fix them for the time being or in the future either, so i would consider the site to be dead for any future contents Blame pixiv and fantia, but also blame the greedy admin that doesn't give shit to the real devs of that site and they all left. No, someone needs to pay for it and scrap the content and make it available in some place for you to download Kemono is basically what everybody that scrap fanbox content use, so if is not available there yet, will hardly be in another place, your second best option is exhentai or f5zone, that sometimes have content that kemono don't have.
One thing fanbox has discussed is that they are cracking down against piracy, and this happened similarly to when the kemono importers stopped working, so i think this has to do with fanbox Unless kemono either changes their import system to be more advanced or finds a way to fix their importers, i don't think there is any hope. Part of it is that every importer on the site is dead except patreon The other part of it is they’re moving everything to a new network server or something like that, which is (supposedly) why there’s been issues recently It’s hard to know for sure though because the kemono forums are a war zone, and there’s a lot of hate for.
